Senior Full Stack Java Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer in Lansing, MI.

Overview:
A growing technology-driven organization is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join its engineering team. Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications
* Build and enhance backend services using Java and related frameworks
* Develop responsive and interactive front-end components
* Optimize application performance through JVM tuning and profiling
* Write efficient, maintainable SQL and PL/SQL queries
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement technical solutions
* Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable fixes
* Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making

REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full stack development
* Hands-on experience with Spring Framework
* Front-end development experience using Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js
* Experience with Jersey (RESTful services)
* Experience working with Oracle Database
* Strong expertise in Core Java and J2EE
* Deep understanding of JVM internals and application profiling
* Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS
* Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL

Preferred/Nice to Have:
* Unix and shell scripting
* Experience with Docker
* Familiarity with caching technologies such as Memcache or Redis
* Understanding of SAML authentication protocols

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
