Position : Senior Project Manager

Duration : Long Term Contract

Responsibilities

The role includes responsibility for:

• Developing, planning, scheduling, introducing, communicating, and maintaining projects.
• Organizing and controlling activities, assigning personnel to projects, and directing their work.
• Managing high-complexity, cross-functional system implementation, maintenance, and integration projects.
• Monitoring progress to ensure objectives are delivered on time, within budget, and that business results are realized.
• Monitoring and controlling quality, risks, issues, and project changes.
• Supporting and contributing to the development and enhancement of ServiceNow project management standards and processes.
• Determining the impact of changes on the business case and reforecasting value creation.
• Developing executive-level sponsorship and support, and establishing governance structures.
• Resolving issues escalated by the management team.
• Escalating unresolved issues through the governance framework.

Qualifications

The qualifications listed include:

• Bachelor s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years managing large-scale initiatives in an engineering or technology environment and 7+ years of project management experience.
• Experience and training in Scrum Master and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Expert knowledge in the assigned business discipline such as engineering or information technology.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, including financial and schedule performance reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• ServiceNow and relationship-focused mindset; process-driven, metric-focused, results-oriented, organized, and self-directed.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems innovatively.
