Detailed Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MDM QA Lead to lead and manage quality assurance activities for the Sprouts Syndigo Master Data Management (MDM) program. The ideal candidate will have strong MDM implementation testing experience, QA leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing testing teams across multiple testing phases.

The candidate will collaborate with Sprouts business stakeholders, IT teams, Syndigo, and the TCS development team to ensure high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall QA activities for the Syndigo MDM implementation.
• Plan and execute unit, functional, end-to-end (E2E), and regression testing.
• Lead QA teams through all phases of the testing lifecycle.
• Oversee QA automation initiatives and ensure effective test coverage.
• Coordinate with business teams, IT stakeholders, Syndigo, and development teams.
• Identify, track, and resolve defects and quality issues.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test reports.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards and delivery timelines are met.
