Your Role Mission: The mission of the CTS Academy Trainer is ensuring that our FSE are having the correct competences and certifications by providing training and following up the results Develop, schedule, and deliver service training for Direct Technicians and Distributors on Industrial and Oil-Free compressors and related equipment.

The responsibilities of the CTS Academy Training Manager are:
- Manage the CTS academy Level 1 operations (Facility, Equipment, tools, Logistics....).
- Implement the Competence Development Process for US Customer centers with the Academy Manager
- Facilitate the utilization of the Academy for Service Specialists as needed
- Help Manage the E-Learning site for CTS, (Schedule, training on site, Request for the
- Roll out of learning activities (videos, digital learning, Virtual sessions, Virtual Prerecording activities....). with Academy Manager
- Develop and Structure learning objects towards the target audience with pre-requisites and certification. For the Level 1
- Develop and coordinate the Level 1 Program in cooperation with Air Academy AirPower Europe.
- Support to the service specialists for the development of technical trainings, taking into consideration different learning styles.
- Define future training needs based on expressed interest from the users.
- Cooperate with other CTS academy managers on joint projects.
Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.
Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.
Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.
Perform other duties as assigned.
To succeed, you will need Experience: - Experience in the development of training programs is a major asset.
- Good knowledge of Atlas Copco products.
- Practical knowledge of the service and marketing activities in the field
- 3-5 years of compressor technical field service experience a plus, with demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of a wide variety of Atlas Copco Industrial and Oil-Free compressors. Strong mechanical and electrical experience. Six months to a year of experience delivering service training or equivalent.
Education: - High School diploma with additional technical training or B.SC of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent by experience.
- General technical knowledge, theoretical as well as practical, is required.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Familiar with MS Office packages like Powerpoint, Excel, Word, O365 and Sharepoint.
- Knowledge on e-learning packages and authoring tools is a plus.
Skills: Must be self-directed and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable delivering training to groups ranging from 5 to 50 participants. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as in SAP applications. Must also be proficient in obtaining product related information from the Business Portal. Some travel is required
