Project/Product Manager (CLM)

Lead end-to-end CLM implementation from project kickoff through go-live and operational handover.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.

Coordinate cross-functional teams across Legal, Procurement, IT, Finance, Information Security, and Third-Party Risk.

Track vendor deliverables, implementation partner performance, scope changes, and project dependencies.

Monitor project budgets, vendor invoices, change orders, and financial variances.

Manage project risks, issues, action items, decisions, and escalations.

Conduct project status meetings, stakeholder workshops, and steering committee updates.

Oversee contract migration from legacy repositories, including data cleanup, migration batches, and quality checks.

Ensure project delivery stays on schedule, within budget, and compliant with audit requirements.

Partner with the CLM Product Manager to support requirements, design, implementation, and platform administration.
