Lead QA team members by setting clear objectives, providing ongoing guidance, mentorship without direct supervisory responsibilities.
Define and implement robust QA processes, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across all testing activities.
Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, detailed test cases, and scalable automation scripts to validate functionality, performance, and reliability of software products.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of various testing types including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, while adhering to project timelines and quality benchmarks.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as development, product management, and operations to identify, analyse, and resolve defects effectively, ensuring smooth delivery cycles.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating and upgrading testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
Prepare and present detailed QA metrics, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders, providing insights into quality trends, defect analysis, and overall product health.
Manage risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies to proactively address potential quality issues, ensuring product stability and customer satisfaction.
