  • Incorporate interaction design and motion to enhance usability where appropriate
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure accurate implementation
  • Rapidly iterate on concepts, prototypes, and final designs in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Experience designing data-driven or analytics-based interfaces
  • Understanding of modern web application design patterns and user behavior
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver under tight timelines
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience designing for AI-powered or data-intensive applications
  • Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React)
  • Experience maintaining design consistency across product and marketing experiences
  • Background working in startup or fast-paced product environments

Additional Information:

  • Contract-to-hire opportunity
  • Primarily remote with occasional onsite collaboration in West Virginia
  • Candidates must be located in PA, OH, or WV and able to travel as needed
