Job Title: Senior Product Designer (UI & Visual)
Location: 100% Remote (ET working hours)
Employment Type: Ongoing contract, long term.
*Must be located and authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship or transfer now or in the future. No C2C inquires please* My client is an innovative product design studio and venture lab that operates at the intersection of business strategy, data systems, and emerging technology. Working across multiple industries including healthcare, fashion, and consumer tech. The firm functions both as an elite consultancy for enterprise leaders and as an internal incubator for new ventures and startups. It is a high-performance environment where design craft is the fundamental engine for shipping products that move the needle for both founders and global brands.
The role moves fluidly between the rigorous structure of a studio model and the high-velocity "0 to 1" build phase of an early-stage startup. You will deliver world-class visual work for external partners while simultaneously participating in company-building from within. This position offers rare exposure to both structured delivery and internal venture creation, working alongside a team that prioritizes high-fidelity output and rapid, feedback-driven iteration.
Requirements - Portfolio demonstrating top-tier visual craft and "0 to 1" product design, specifically across consumer mobile and B2B SaaS. This is the most important thing they're looking for.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with a deep understanding of Atomic Design Systems.
- Adaptable experience level, ranging from a high-potential junior (1-3 years) seeking mentorship to an established lead with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills for effective collaboration with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities - Lead the visual and UI design of digital products from initial concept through to high-fidelity prototypes and final delivery.
- Create and maintain scalable design systems and UI artifacts that simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Manage project briefs and feedback rounds across UI, graphic, and motion design disciplines to ensure consistent quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate quickly on new features based on strategic business goals and user feedback.
This is a remote long term ongoing contract position with a target pay rate of $40-$60 per hour depending on experience. The culture emphasizes proactive communication, independent ownership, and the ability to balance multiple active products at once. This role is uniquely designed to equip the designer with the skills needed to be an entrepreneur; they are equally excited by a rising talent ready for direction or a studio owner looking to plug into a high-inbound ecosystem.
