Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Systems Lead to provide technical leadership and operational ownership of enterprise financial systems supporting the Finance organization. This role is responsible for ensuring system stability, integrations, data integrity, governance, and optimization of Oracle financial platforms while managing an outsourced support model.

The ideal candidate will serve as a technical subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM platforms, partnering closely with Accounting and FP&A teams to align financial requirements with enterprise technology strategy and system architecture.


Key Responsibilities

Own day-to-day support of Oracle financial systems, including user access, security roles, configurations, and maintenance

Manage outsourced support teams, ensuring SLA adherence and timely resolution of issues

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and maintain system documentation

Support and execute strategic roadmap initiatives for Oracle ERP and EPM platforms

Plan, test, and deploy Oracle quarterly patches, upgrades, and releases

Design and maintain integrations between Oracle and third-party systems (e.g., expense, revenue, and legal platforms)

Manage ETL processes and data flows across ERP and EPM environments

Troubleshoot and resolve data reconciliation and integration issues

Partner with Finance teams to enhance reporting, analytics, and data availability

Oversee Development, Test, and Production environments ensuring system integrity and availability

Manage backup, recovery, and data validation processes

Enforce change management, governance, and compliance standards

Monitor system access, licensing, and security for audit compliance

Act as a technical advisor to Finance and Technology stakeholders

Provide system health updates, prioritization, and delivery transparency

Support training and adoption across business and technical teams


Required Qualifications

Experience supporting financial systems in Finance or IT environments

Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM (EPBCS, EDM, EPCM)

Experience with Oracle Cloud upgrades, patches, integrations, and production support

Knowledge of financial reporting and analytics tools and integrations

Understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, reporting, planning)

Experience driving system improvements and process optimization

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills bridging business and technical teams

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional environments


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with PeopleSoft Financials, especially in transition/integration environments
