Product Manager

job summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the planning, design, and continuous improvement of our digital platform ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, delivering user-centric enterprise applications in a fast-paced Agile environment.

responsibilities:

• Own and manage the lifecycle of digital platforms, web, and mobile applications.
• Partner with business leaders and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories and sprint backlogs.
• Drive key Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Analyze user feedback, system performance, and operational requirements to continuously refine product features.

qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Product Management or Digital Product Management roles.

Demonstrated mastery of Agile/Scrum principles and product management methodologies.

Hands-on experience delivering complex digital platforms, web/mobile applications, or enterprise tools.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience using product planning tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, VersionOne Agility, Confluence, or Miro.

Experience navigating cross-functional team structures in dynamic environments.
