EPIC Help Desk

Contract

We are seeking a candidate with experience in Epic EMR Tier 1 and MyChart Tier 1 support, along with a background in help desk or call center environments handling inbound and outbound technical support calls. The role requires familiarity with ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow) and the ability to create knowledge base articles and user guides. Candidates must be open to working in an 8 AM – 8 PM CT shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve client tickets within defined SLAs
Provide solutions for service requests while maintaining quality standards
Monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
Perform root cause analysis and ensure effective issue resolution
Handle high-priority incidents with immediate attention
Install and configure required software and hardware
Manage user access and application support requests
Track tickets from initiation to closure
Maintain backups of critical data and logs
Collaborate with on-site teams for complex issues
Review chatbot logs and ensure timely resolution of all requests
