We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager (Payments) to join our rapidly expanding team. As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving the development of our payment products, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for our payment products, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, create wireframes, and deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including defining product specifications, managing timelines, and overseeing the development process.
- Leverage your knowledge of the automotive and dealership industry to create innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- Drive the go-to-market strategy for new products, coordinating with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve our products and services, ensuring we stay ahead of market trends and customer needs.
- Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and challenges, and develop solutions that address these issues.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and clients, to ensure the successful delivery of our products and services.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a startup or small company environment, and having built payments products from 0 to 1.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proven experience launching successful payment products is essential.
- Familiarity with AI tooling like Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, ect.
- Strong knowledge of product management principles, including the development of wireframes, user experience design, and roadmap creation.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
- A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
