Business Analyst PM- PMO

• The Business Analyst PM- PMO will support project and program governance, risk tracking, and delivery oversight across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• The role focuses on managing project risks, supporting organizational development activities, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and strong program execution practices.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience managing complex, highly integrated technical projects.
• Strong experience in project, program, and portfolio planning and delivery.
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Strong experience in writing user stories and test scripts.
• Strong analytical skills with a process improvement mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience:

• Experience tracking and managing project risks, issues, actions, and dependencies (RAID).
• Experience supporting cross-functional program delivery in high-pressure environments.
• Experience supporting organizational development activities such as training, onboarding, and workshops.
• Experience using data analysis to identify root causes and actionable insights.
• Experience facilitating workshops and lessons learned sessions with business and IT teams.
• Experience working in global, matrixed, and fast-paced environments.
• Experience driving quality and efficiency improvements in PMO environments.

Responsibilities:

• Track and manage project risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
• Support delivery of high-visibility cross-functional programs under tight timelines.
• Support planning and execution of organizational development activities including training and onboarding.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights.
• Write user stories, test scripts, and support delivery documentation.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and lessons learned workshops.
• Support release and change management activities across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments.
• Drive continuous process improvement within project and program governance.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with global teams in a matrixed environment to ensure successful delivery.
