Job Description:

• Design and develop innovative product architectures that align with business goals and customer needs in the Life and Annuity domain
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of solutions that enhance product functionality and user experience
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets using SQL to inform product development and strategic decisions
• Implement FAST technology solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency in product delivery
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can enhance product performance and scalability
• Lead the development of technical documentation and specifications to support product development and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in the Life and Annuities insurance sector
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product architecture and reduce time-to-market
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions
• Monitor and assess product performance to identify areas for improvement and innovation
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge in relevant technologies
• Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for product evolution and innovation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Maters Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience.
• Possess strong domain knowledge in Life and Annuity insurance with a proven track record in product architecture
• Demonstrate proficiency in SQL for data analysis and decision-making processes
• Experience with FAST technology solutions is essential for streamlining product development
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in the insurance sector is highly desirable
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work effectively
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in product architecture with a focus on Life and Annuity domains
• Nice to have experience in Life and Annuities insurance domain for enhanced product insights
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in technical development and architectural best practices
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
