Business Systems Analyst

• We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to work closely with business and technology teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and successful delivery of enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and architecture teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to align scope and priorities.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance requirement analysis, documentation, and impact assessments.
• Support user acceptance testing including test case reviews and defect triage.
• Identify process gaps and recommend scalable improvements.

Requirement/Must Have:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong process modeling and workflow analysis skills.
• Experience working with complex enterprise systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Should Have:

• Experience in insurance, annuities, retirement services, or financial services.
• Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies.
• Exposure to policy administration systems, data platforms, or digital portals.
• Experience working in onsite and offshore delivery models.
• Ability to review technical designs and API-level workflows.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
