OverviewWe are seeking an experienced
Technical Program Manager (TPM) to provide short-term coverage for a critical team member supporting infrastructure and cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
This role will focus on driving execution across multiple workstreams, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of key initiatives related to infrastructure, systems, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Drive execution across multiple concurrent programs, including infrastructure and AI-related initiatives
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, store operations, and leadership stakeholders
- Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across programs
- Communicate clearly and effectively to senior leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes
- Support transition and alignment with Amazon tooling and systems
- Operate independently with minimal oversight and quickly ramp into active initiatives
Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Project Management
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in large enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership
- Experience driving execution across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Ability to operate independently and deliver results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience at Amazon or similar large-scale technology organizations
- Familiarity with infrastructure programs (systems, hardware/software environments, deployments)
- Exposure to AI/ML tools or automation initiatives
- Experience working with retail or store technology environments
