  • Design and implement new, innovative inspection methods and custom gauging for complex geometric features that traditional tools cannot capture.
  • Utilize statistical tools (SPC, DOE) to analyze measurement data and provide technical feedback for manufacturing process optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineering during Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews to provide metrology-based feasibility assessments.
  • Support root cause analysis for dimensional non-conformances and drive technical corrective actions for measurement-related issues.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • CMM Programming: MCOSMOS, PC-DMIS
  • Should be proficient at inspecting parts using surface plates, micrometer, height gauge, ECT.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering field, related technical field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in programing CMMs, and performing inspection of parts for the semiconductor and aerospace industry
