What We\'re Looking For- Minimum of two years of recent full-service serving experience preferred
- High-volume restaurant experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to confidently manage multiple tables while maintaining exceptional service
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and craft cocktails
- Ability to make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
- Excellent menu knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and retain product information
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask while remaining calm under pressure
- Dependable, punctual, and prepared for every shift

Position Responsibilities- Welcome every guest with friendly, attentive, and genuine hospitality
- Guide guests through the menu and beverage selections with confidence
- Recommend food pairings, craft beers, wines, cocktails, and featured menu items
- Accurately take and enter guest orders into the POS system
- Manage multiple tables while delivering consistent, attentive service
- Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience
- Upsell appetizers, desserts, specialty beverages, and featured menu items
- Maintain accurate order timing and communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and support staff
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation and accuracy
- Process guest payments accurately and responsibly
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work
- Follow all responsible alcohol service, food safety, sanitation, and company standards
- Support fellow team members to create a seamless guest experience
Schedule & AvailabilityParma Tavern is busy throughout the day and into the late evening. We are looking for team members who are comfortable working a variety of shifts and understand the demands of a high-volume restaurant.
Applicants must have availability for:
- Lunch service
- Dinner service
- Weekend brunch
- Late-night shifts
- Weekends and holidays
- Opening and closing responsibilities as scheduled
