We are currently recruiting a Commercial Agreement Specialist to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working toward common goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility and clear accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare standard contracts and amendments using approved templates.
  • Support the creation, filing, and tracking of contract documents.
  • Ensure all contract records are accurately maintained in the contract management system.
  • Assist with simple supplier onboarding documentation.
  • Explain basic contract terms, policies, and procedures to internal teams.
  • Support compliance checks and routine audits.
Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Basic contract law or procurement coursework preferred.
  • Certificate of Completion in Paralegal Studies or a post degree Certificate
Experience & Technical Skills

  • 2-5 years' experience in contract administration, procurement, or related office roles.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of document management or procurement systems.
