Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead SAP PM Functional Consultant to support the integration of a newly acquired refinery into our midstream operations. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP PM expertise within Oil & Gas and hands-on experience integrating PM with MM and FI/CO modules.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP PM process design, configuration, and deployment for refinery integration.
Standardize maintenance processes including preventive, corrective, and turnaround/shutdown maintenance.
Support integration between SAP PM, MM (MRO procurement, spare parts, inventory), and FI/CO (costing, settlements, CAPEX/OPEX tracking).
Drive master data migration and validation for equipment, functional locations, BOMs, maintenance plans, and task lists.
Partner with maintenance, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure successful adoption and process alignment.
Support workshops, testing, training, and go-live activities.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of SAP PM functional consulting experience.
Strong Oil & Gas industry experience, preferably Refining and Midstream.
Proven expertise integrating SAP PM with MM and FI/CO.
Experience with maintenance operations, asset management, and shutdown/turnaround processes.
Hands-on experience with refinery integrations, M&A initiatives, or large-scale SAP deployments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
