Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Creative Strategy Lead for a 100% Remote role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Performance Marketing Creative Execution: Develop briefs and lead creative agencies to develop WW creative campaign strategies and content development, including but not limited to creative construct development, messaging framework, cross-channel creative leveraging channel best practices
* Campaign Management: Manage the creation of all campaign materials, ensuring they align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines; Oversee the campaign budget, ensuring funds are allocated effectively
* Performant-focused Strategy: Lead a test-and-learn approach to campaign assets to improve efficiency and performance throughout the campaign duration; Collaborating closely with the media team and agency partners to report key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize creative to drive continued improvement in performance
* Drive Go-To-Market Success: Ability to manage complex launch schedules collaborating closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across product management, product marketing, agency partners and other cross-functional teams to drive seamless execution

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience running performance creative optimization across paid campaigns, with a track record of continuous testing and measurable lift
* Ability to lead agency partners end-to-end through the creative development lifecycle (brief, develop, test, and execute), with proven track record of setting clear expectations, running fast feedback loops, and holding accountability for delivery, iteration, and performance outcomes
* Strong cross-functional operating skills: can align Performance Marketing + Media + creative/brand partners on priorities, timelines, and decision points

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in marketing consumer mobile applications and/or SaaS products

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
