OneHome, a value based convener of healthcare services delivered in the home including Home Health, DME, and infusion, is expanding its platform to support payer agnostic operations beyond its current Health focused model. As part of this effort, OneHome is implementing a new utilization management (UM) platform and building the supporting capabilities required to enable payer agnostic workflows.
This role will support the design, implementation, and testing of payer agnostic processes within and around the new UM platform, including integrations with the EMR, provider network systems, claims and encounter workflows, and other enterprise systems. The work will focus on enabling scalable, cross payer workflows and ensuring seamless interoperability across the broader OneHome technology ecosystem."
