QA Lead

Description

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes and driving data analysis initiatives to support fraud prevention efforts. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in fraud analytics and investigative techniques.

Responsibilities:
Lead quality assurance processes to ensure systems and data meet organizational standards.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and anomalies related to suspected fraud.
Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies tailored to organizational needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance fraud investigation processes.
Utilize advanced analytics tools to support anti-fraud measures.
Monitor and refine workflows to improve efficiency in fraud detection efforts.
Provide detailed reports and insights on fraud-related activities to stakeholders.
Train and mentor team members on best practices in fraud analytics and investigation.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging threats in fraud prevention.

Requirements

Proven experience in quality assurance leadership roles.
Strong background in fraud analytics and investigations.
Expertise in handling suspected fraud cases and implementing anti-fraud strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
