Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Integration Program Manager to lead and manage enterprise-wide system integrations across multiple platforms and business functions. This role will own the end-to-end integration strategy, execution, and delivery for a large transformation program, coordinating technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong experience leading enterprise system integrations

• Lead end-to-end integration delivery across multiple systems (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Claims, Contact Center, Data Warehouse, etc.)

• Define integration strategy, architecture, and sequencing

• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and external vendors

• Manage data mapping, interface design, and dependency alignment

• Oversee system integration testing (SIT), end-to-end testing, and cutover

• Manage environments, releases, and hypercare support

• Track and resolve integration risks and issues

• Ensure smooth go-live and post-production stabilization
