Summary

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in training curriculum design and development.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing and documentation.
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, journalism, or related fields.
  • Proven experience delivering training across multiple platforms and tools.
  • Strong ability to create instructional content for both technical and non-technical audiences.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in planning, organizing, and developing training materials.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience delivering training on enterprise software applications.
  • Familiarity with eLearning tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong adaptability to quickly learn new technologies

 

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following (or related field):
    • Business Administration
    • English
    • Education
    • Communications

Experience:

Experience designing, developing and implementing training curricula. Develop training programs, including instructor led courses, job‐aids, videos, etc.
Skill in writing technical and business documents, and in the use of a computer and applicable software.
Experience in technical writing, journalism, or communications work. Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in business administration, English, education, or a related field is generally preferred. Experience
Knowledge of the techniques and methods of planning, organizing, and writing various types of materials
Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). A high degree of aptitude and flexibility to deliver training on a myriad of software products.
