Position Summary:

Specialized Salesforce Field Service (FSL) Expert to lead the technical design configuration, and end-to-end implementation of our core FSL application. Resource should be subject matter expert for the FSL managed package, advanced scheduling, mobile workforce optimization, and deep enterprise integrations with a mandatory focus on connecting Salesforce FSL with SAP backend systems.

Core Responsibilities:

·        FSL Architecture & Managed Package Configuration: Design and configure core FSL capabilities, including the Dispatcher Console, complex scheduling policies, work rules, service objectives, territory management, and operating hours.  Implement and configure advanced scheduling paradigms, including Gantt chart configurations, crew management,  dispatching, and automated scheduling logic.

·        FSL Mobile App Customization: Customize and optimize the Salesforce FSL Mobile App (offline data caching, custom flows, LWC for mobile, deep-linking, and signature capture) to ensure high adoption and seamless execution for technicians in the field.

·        SAP-to-FSL Integration: Lead the design and implementation of bi-directional integrations between Salesforce FSL and SAP (ECC or S/4HANA). Seamlessly sync work orders, service assets, material consumption, spare parts inventory, and billing data.

Technical & Development Requirements:

·        FSL Expertise: 8+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience exclusively architecting and configuring the Salesforce Field Service (FSL) managed package.

·        SAP Integration Experience: Proven project history of integrating Salesforce FSL with SAP for field service operations, understanding data mapping between SAP functional locations/equipment and Salesforce assets/work orders.

·        Custom Development: Advanced command of Apex (Triggers, Batch, Schedulable) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) tailored specifically for FSL record pages, custom console extensions, and mobile deployment.
