Summary

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring HRIS Systems Administrator in Kansas City, MO

As a HRIS Systems Administrator, you will:

  • The HRIS Administrator serves as a subject matter expert and is responsible for administering various Human Resources systems.
  • This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and configuring systems as well as providing consultation to internal clients.
  • This individual will interact with end users across the company to provide guidance and training as they navigate the system.
  • The primary systems supported in this role include Oracle HRMS and Unanet time tracking.
  • Act as a strategic partner with Human Resources Managers to determine the best manner in supporting the organization.
  • Provides day-to-day HRIS support, including configuration, transactions, troubleshooting, testing, and audits.
  • Acts as the technical contact for HR functions; supports system enhancements and data integrity.
  • Collaborates with HR teams, IT, and vendors to ensure effective, secure system integrations.
  • Resolves end-user issues and delivers system training across the organization.
  • Reviews system updates, recommends new tools, and improves HR workflows.
  • Ensures compliance with policies and performs additional duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience with Oracle EBS and HR systems implementations preferred (Oracle HR experience a strong plus).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to provide technical support to end users and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, MIS, or related field with 4+ years of HRIS/HCM experience.


Pay Range: $42 to $51 per Hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
