Job Title: Workday Solution Architect

Location: Hercules, CA (Onsite)

Contract 

Experience: 12+ Years HRIS, including 5+ years in Workday Architecture

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Solution Architect to lead a feasibility assessment and strategic roadmap for migrating from SAP SuccessFactors to Workday. The candidate will evaluate existing HR systems, integrations, data, security, and business processes to recommend a future-state architecture.

Required Skills:

  • Strong Workday HCM architecture experience.

  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Compensation, Performance, and Talent Management.

  • Experience with SuccessFactors-to-Workday migration, feasibility assessment, and fit-gap analysis.

  • Expertise in Workday integrations, APIs, middleware, and third-party HR applications.

  • Experience with HR data migration, security, privacy, and compliance.

  • Ability to develop TCO analysis, business cases, risk assessments, and transformation roadmaps.

  • Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.

Preferred: Workday certifications, global HR transformation experience, and life sciences/pharma industry experience.
