Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Apps Development. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of F&O technical architecture and development practices, enabling them to design, develop, and implement robust solutions that meet our business needs. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
• Perform system integration and data migration tasks to ensure seamless operation of F&O applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications and systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Development.
• Proficient in X++ programming language and development tools.
• Experience with data entities, workflows, and business logic in F&O.
• Solid understanding of finance and operations business processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) integration with F&O.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies such as Power BI and SQL Server.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
