Description Robert Half's Marketing & Creative client is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for a 3-6 month, on-site contract opportunity based in the Harrison, ME area. This role will support a mission-driven organization by overseeing website content, digital marketing initiatives, social media management, and brand communications. The ideal candidate is a versatile marketer who can wear multiple hats, manage competing priorities, and contribute across digital, creative, and communications functions.
Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain website content, ensuring information remains accurate, engaging, and optimized for user experience and engagement.
- Own day-to-day social media execution, including content planning, creation, publishing, and performance monitoring across multiple channels.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, paid social campaigns, and campaign performance reporting.
- Partner with external marketing agencies and vendors to coordinate campaign execution, creative assets, and ongoing marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing communications align with brand standards and organizational goals.
- Coordinate photography, video, and other creative content production to support marketing campaigns.
- Track website, social, and campaign performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Create and update marketing materials for both print and digital channels.
Requirements Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, social media marketing, or related marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress website management and content updates.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and digital marketing reporting.
- Experience supporting SEO, SEM, paid social, and broader digital marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement best practices.
- Graphic design experience for digital and print marketing materials preferred.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools is a plus.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills..
