We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Analyst to join our team on a contract basis, supporting strategic platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a "hybrid" professional, possessing both deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform and strong business analysis capabilities. You must demonstrate the ability to engage with cross-functional teams, gather and document complex business requirements, and translate them into actionable, high-performance technical solutions.

responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand, challenge, and document functional requirements.
- Analyze and translate business needs into ServiceNow workflows, configurations, and platform enhancements.
- Support the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and custom business service requests.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including process flows, user stories, and detailed technical specifications.
- Lead and assist in the testing, validation, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for complex ServiceNow-related issues.
- Work closely with the ServiceNow platform team and broader IT organization to ensure technical solutions align with long-term business goals.
qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a ServiceNow Technical Analyst or Administrator.
Strong technical and functional skills within the ServiceNow ecosystem, with a deep understanding of architecture, modules, and platform capabilities.
Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements and successfully translating them into technical specifications.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills; must be able to lead effective conversations regarding platform capabilities and limitations.
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) strongly preferred.
Previous experience working within large-scale enterprise environments or on high-profile strategic platform initiatives.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and related project management tools (e.g., Jira).
