Job Title: Sr. SCCM / Windows Administrator

Required Skills and Years of Experience:
· Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) Administration
· Minimum of 7 years of experience installing, configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise SCCM/MECM infrastructures.
· Extensive experience troubleshooting SCCM site systems, management points, distribution points, software update points, and client deployments.
· Experience performing in-console upgrades, SCCM hierarchy maintenance, and side-by-side server migrations.
· Strong understanding of site design, boundary groups, content distribution, client settings, and reporting.
· Operating System Deployment (OSD)
· Proven experience implementing and supporting Windows 10/Windows 11 operating system deployments using Microsoft Configuration Manager and MDT.
· Experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting custom task sequences.
· Knowledge of driver management, BIOS/firmware updates, operating system servicing, and automated deployment solutions.
· Application Packaging and Software Deployment
· Experience creating and deploying application packages utilizing native
· SCCM application models and custom deployment methodologies.
· Knowledge of MSI, EXE, PowerShell, batch scripting, detection methods, supersedence, dependencies, and deployment monitoring.
· Ability to troubleshoot complex application installation and deployment issues.
· Patch and Vulnerability Management
· Minimum of 2 years of experience administering enterprise patch management solutions.
· Experience creating and maintaining Software Update Groups (SUGs), deployment packages, and Automatic Deployment Rules (ADRs).
· Ability to monitor, analyze, and report software update compliance and remediation status.
· Experience supporting vulnerability management programs through identification, prioritization, remediation, and validation of security vulnerabilities.
· Familiarity with security compliance frameworks, vulnerability scanning tools, and security baseline enforcement practices.
· Experience coordinating remediation activities across multiple technology teams to reduce organizational risk.
· Automation and Scripting
· Working knowledge of PowerShell, VBScript, batch scripting, and command-line utilities.
· Experience developing automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and streamline system administration tasks.
· Ability to create scripts for software deployment, configuration management, reporting, and remediation activities.
· Infrastructure and Client Support
· Strong troubleshooting capabilities across Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
· Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, networking fundamentals, and client health troubleshooting.
· Experience diagnosing network connectivity, content distribution, client communication, and endpoint management issues.
