Location: Arden Hills, MN

Pay Rate: Up to $37.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Hybrid | Tuesday-Thursday Onsite, 2 Days Remote

Looking for an opportunity to apply your engineering expertise in a collaborative, data-driven environment? We're seeking a Quality Engineer to support product performance monitoring, complaint investigations, and risk assessment activities.

Education Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related engineering field


Experience Requirements


  • 1-3 years of engineering or quality experience

  • Experience analyzing technical data and identifying trends

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of quality systems, risk management, or regulated industries preferred

  • Medical device industry experience is a plus


Job Duties


  • Conduct product complaint investigations and determine appropriate complaint classifications

  • Analyze product performance and post-market surveillance data for trends and potential risks

  • Review customer feedback, laboratory findings, and historical records to support investigations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and patient safety

  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and performance summaries

  • Support risk management, quality improvement, and process enhancement initiatives

  • Assist with regulatory and compliance-related requests

  • Perform statistical analysis to support quality and performance documentation

  • Review completed product evaluations to ensure accurate and compliant reporting

  • Ability to work in a hybrid office environment

  • Ability to review technical documentation and analyze data for extended periods

  • Occasional collaboration in laboratory and engineering settings
