Location: Arden Hills, MN
Pay Rate: Up to $37.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Hybrid | Tuesday-Thursday Onsite, 2 Days Remote
Looking for an opportunity to apply your engineering expertise in a collaborative, data-driven environment? We're seeking a Quality Engineer to support product performance monitoring, complaint investigations, and risk assessment activities.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related engineering field
Experience Requirements
- 1-3 years of engineering or quality experience
- Experience analyzing technical data and identifying trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of quality systems, risk management, or regulated industries preferred
- Medical device industry experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Conduct product complaint investigations and determine appropriate complaint classifications
- Analyze product performance and post-market surveillance data for trends and potential risks
- Review customer feedback, laboratory findings, and historical records to support investigations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and patient safety
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and performance summaries
- Support risk management, quality improvement, and process enhancement initiatives
- Assist with regulatory and compliance-related requests
- Perform statistical analysis to support quality and performance documentation
- Review completed product evaluations to ensure accurate and compliant reporting
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to work in a hybrid office environment
- Ability to review technical documentation and analyze data for extended periods
- Occasional collaboration in laboratory and engineering settings
