Roles and Responsibilities
Lead solution architecture for new implementations, upgrades, and major enhancements.
Produce high-level and detailed designs (HLD/LLD), integration patterns, and data models aligned with enterprise standards.
lead and govern end-to-end delivery: requirements ? design ? build ? test ? deploy ? hypercare.
Provide hands-on technical leadership for configuration and development using platform capabilities across Incident, Change, Service Requests and CMDB
Flow Designer / Workflow, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes
UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Notifications, Service Portal / UI Builder (as needed)
Data imports, Transform Maps, Performance Analytics / Reporting (as needed)
Set standards for scoping, estimation, sprint planning, and release governance in Agile/SAFe environments.
Desired Candidate Profile
10+ years experience on the ServiceNow platform, including architecting and implementing solutions.
5+ years in a lead architect / technical lead role for enterprise ServiceNow programs.
Demonstrated experience delivering multiple end-to-end implementations (greenfield and/or transformation).
Solid understanding of software delivery practices: Agile, CI/CD concepts, testing strategies, release management.
Excellent communication skills able to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with one or more of: ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, SPM, FSM.
Experience designing CMDB governance, discovery/service mapping at scale.
Experience with performance analytics, reporting strategy, and operational dashboards.
Consulting background (requirements facilitation, stakeholder management, delivery governance)
Certifications across CSA(Certified System Admin), CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist), CTA(Certified Technical Architect)
