Role: Director of Data Analytics
Position Type: Direct Hire
Location: Hybrid (Downtown Sacramento)
Annual Compensation: $140,000-$170,000
We're seeking a Director of Data Analytics to join a collaborative team of 14 professionals. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for a mid-career analytics professional with 3-5 years of experience who enjoys turning data into actionable insights and partnering with others to solve complex challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights.
- Translate data findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
- Support reporting standards, data quality, and analytics best practices.
- Partner across teams to deliver data-driven solutions and strategic insights.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Data Analytics experience.
- Experience working in the association sector required.
- Strong reporting, analytics, and data visualization skills.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills.

Location & Schedule
Hybrid: Onsite Monday-Thursday in Downtown Sacramento; Remote on Fridays.
