Job Description Summary

The Business Intelligence team (BI) is responsible for delivery of all data analytics and governance in support of both GOS service lines and GOS clients. The On-Account BI Analyst's responsibilities include Dashboard design and development, custom analytics and Triana product support. Some of the tasks include: POC dashboard development, reporting support, opportunity assessments, tabular model support, workplace trend analysis and benchmarking analysis.
Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Work effectively across all account service lines in coordination with account director and BIAS team to identify client reporting requirements and determine best-fit solutions to resolve reporting needs
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements on account and implement solutions to close process gaps across all service lines to increase efficiency and efficacy of account team by working closely with service line leads and AD
  • Implement short term BI solutions to assist with account team reporting needs without impacting the delivery of the long-term roadmap and final solution
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to transform data, automate workflows and develop analytical tools
  • Lead data and reporting governance on the account to ensure analytics platform operates as designed
  • Perform data assessment and data mapping exercises to support system integration projects
  • Develop the client specific business glossary, data dictionary, technical documentation and process documentation as required for activities within the data workstream
  • Provide guidance and training to the account team employees on dashboarding platform, Triana and other analytical tools used on account when applicable.
  • Execute user acceptance testing of feature enhancements in both new releases and new dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot Triana bugs and issues with client specific instance of Triana
  • Defining the business requirements from the account and client teams for custom reporting and act as the VOC for Triana platform enhancements
  • Proactively analyse the client's portfolio and provide support in identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Support data assessment exercise with account team and client while onboarding onto Triana or in preparation for custom reporting solution
  • Assist with account specific data analysis to ensure consistency in reporting and dashboard requirements across the account and the Triana platform.
  • Partner with the development team to expand the Triana offering through dashboard POCs, tabular model measure development and product feature enhancements
  • Provide both verbal and written updates to management on the progress of work.
  • Liaise with service line leadership to extract data from point applications for uploading into Triana.
  • Monitor KPI performance and report results regularly to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Review data to be utilized for QBR documents and manage internal associated drafting and review meetings as needed.
  • Resolve Ad-Hoc reporting requests or other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate or Technology
  • Experience in Power BI preferable (or any other data visualization tool e.g. Tableau)
  • Experience in Alteryx and Python a plus
