Job Title: UI Designer
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)
Duration: 9+ Months

Job Description
This is a highly visual design role focused on creating on-brand web pages, campaigns, and landing pages with a strong emphasis on sales conversion and eCommerce merchandising.

Important: This is not a UX strategy role.
Candidates must have a strong portfolio showcasing real-world web design and campaign work.

Key Responsibilities

Design on-brand web pages, campaigns, and landing pages
Create pixel-perfect visual designs focused on sales conversion
Support web campaign and eCommerce merchandising design
Participate in ideation and concept development
Work with design systems and component-based design
Collaborate with developers for design handoff and implementation

Must Have Skills

2–4 years of real-world UI / Visual Design experience
Strong web design and campaign portfolio (required)
Hands-on experience with:
- Figma
- Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with CMS and component-based design
Background in eCommerce / merchandising design
