Qualifications:
At least 7+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Coach on technical delivery teams
oAt least 5 years of experience delivering technical solutions
oAt least 1 years of experience the Medical Device industry (familiarity with regulated environments)Strong project management skills including planning execution tracking dependency management and risk mitigation
Strong experience supporting data migration system modernization or platform transformation initiatives
Demonstrated understanding of Agile and SAFe principles and practices
oSAFe Scrum Master (SSM) Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) or equivalent Agile certification
oAt least 1 year of experience leading teams through a Product Increment (PI) cycle
Experience leading globally distributed remote teams with significant cross-squad dependencies
Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence for Agile execution and reporting
Strong facilitation communication and conflict-resolution skills Strong understanding and experience in software development lifecycle process (SDLC)Good understanding and practical application of generative and agentic AI

Role Descriptions:
Project & Delivery Management In partnership with the Chief Product Manager maintain a deep understanding of processes and priorities to align squad delivery with value and needs
Own day to day delivery orchestration for data migration squad including coordination of migration readiness sequencing and validation activities
Identify manage and address dependencies with external programs working closely with the Technical Product Owner (TPO) and Release Train Engineer (RTE)Agile & SAFe Execution
Serve as a Scrum Master facilitating core Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives
Coach the squad on pragmatic application of SAFe principles in a highly interdependent delivery focused environment
Support ART level ceremonies such as PI Planning Inspect & Adapt and System Demos
Act as a central coordination point between Product Analysts Technical Product Owners architects and delivery partners
Maintain Jira plans delivery boards and execution metrics to ensure transparency
Leverage Confluence to document delivery plans assumptions and key decisions
Help manage risks and dependencies related to data quality system constraints and migration cutover activities
Enable effective collaboration between globally distributed team members and stakeholders
