Working across business, IT, quality, and vendor teams, the Systems Analyst will help deliver scalable digital capabilities that improve customer experience, employee productivity, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities
Business analysis and solution definition
  • Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, process mapping, and current-state/future-state analysis to identify business needs and transformation opportunities.
  • Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and manage functional, nonfunctional, data, reporting, integration, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear process flows, use cases, user stories, system requirements, decision records, and traceability documentation.
  • Identify process gaps, control requirements, data dependencies, and organizational impacts; recommend practical solutions that align with enterprise architecture and digital strategy.
Test leadership and release readiness
  • Own the end-to-end test strategy for assigned initiatives, including system, integration, regression, user acceptance, and production-validation testing.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, scenarios, test cases, test data, requirements traceability, entry and exit criteria, defect workflows, and test status reporting.
  • Coordinate business testers, technical teams, and vendors; facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure defects are prioritized, resolved, retested, and documented.
  • Assess solution quality and release risk, provide fact-based readiness recommendations, and confirm that acceptance criteria and business outcomes have been met before deployment.
  • Drive test process improvements and appropriate automation to increase coverage, repeatability, speed, and quality.
How will you get here?
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of related experience in systems analysis, business analysis, digital product delivery, quality assurance, software testing, or enterprise technology implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience performing product owner responsibilities, including backlog management, prioritization, user-story development, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder decision-making.
  • Demonstrated experience business analysis activities across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and leading system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, APIs, data flows, web-based applications, cloud technologies, and enterprise platforms.
  • Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, Lean, hybrid, and/or traditional software-delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with product, requirements, and test-management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, HP ALM/Quality Center, or comparable platforms.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, process design, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic product goals with detailed requirements, delivery constraints, and quality expectations.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex business processes and translate them into scalable digital solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • Results orientation, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed, global environment.
