Position: Paralegal

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Paralegal to support the company's diverse business activities outside of our core operations. This role will provide essential administrative support across multiple business verticals, including sports/cricket ventures, real estate transactions, consultancy services, and corporate entity management.

Key Responsibilities

Sports & Cricket-Related Activities

Assist with contract review and documentation for sports-related ventures and partnerships

Maintain records of agreements, sponsorships, and commercial arrangements

Support compliance with sports regulatory requirements and licensing

Real Estate Matters

Coordinate real estate transaction documentation and due diligence

Maintain property records, leases, and related agreements

Liaise with external counsel, brokers, and title companies as needed

Consultancy & Advisory Services

Prepare and organize consultancy agreements and engagement letters

Track deliverables, renewals, and compliance requirements

Maintain client documentation and confidential records

Corporate Formation & Maintenance

Assist with company formation, registration, and corporate filings

Maintain corporate records, including bylaws, resolutions, and minute books

Ensure timely compliance with annual filing requirements and statutory obligations

Coordinate with company secretaries and corporate service providers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training preferred

3-5 years of paralegal or legal administrative experience

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office suite

High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with corporate compliance and entity management

Familiarity with real estate or sports industry legal matters

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Comfort working across diverse business contexts

Key Competencies

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive business matters

Adaptability to varied project types and business requirements

Collaborative approach with ability to work with multiple stakeholders
