Sr. ServiceNow Developer (Health & Safety module experience preferred)Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite- 5 Days a week)

Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and reusable components on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript (client/server-side), Glide Script, HTML, CSS for Service Portal development.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, HRSD and ITAM Modules.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, and MID Servers, specific knowledge of LDAPActive Directory integration.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with various IT systems and tools using MID Server, web services, APIs, etc.
- Proactively monitor and tune system performance, optimizing complex queries, reports, and background scripts.
Script execution efficiency, query performance tuning, background script optimization, report/dashboard performance. - Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise identity systems (LDAP, AD, SSO, SAML, OAuth).
- Experience in core platform mechanics including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, Flow Designer, UI builder (Configurable workspace), Playbook and Advanced Workflows.
- Experience with Source Control (e.g., Git) for collaborative development and using Studio.CI/DC processes
- Experience with Mobile App Builder (MAB), Mobile Studio, Applets, and setting up Offline Mode functionality
Preferred Qualifications- Industry Experience: Previous professional experience working as a developer or consultant in a railroad, heavy industry, transportation, or logistics environment is a significant plus.

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA)
- Experience in: Customer Service Management andor Field service management andor ServiceNow Health andor Safety or workplace safety Module
- GOOD TO HAVE DATA ANALYTICS (TABLEAU, Snowflake), ITOM MODULES
The base salary range for this position is $ 92,250 to 128,246 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
