As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing improvements within our business processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights that drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring that our processes align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and requirements.
• Create data models and flow diagrams to visualize business processes.
• Conduct workshops and meetings to facilitate the gathering of requirements and ensure alignment across teams.
• Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Monitor and report on the performance of business processes and recommend improvements.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements and ensure they are effectively adopted.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and systems.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping and data modeling.
• Experience with requirement gathering and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system implementation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
