Job Description:

·         Engage stakeholders across departments to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements
• Translate business needs into development-ready features, user stories, and system specifications
• Write and manage JIRA stories based on business and development requirements
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Technology, Enterprise Architecture, and Business teams
• Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Conduct impact analysis and gap analysis to support solution design and delivery
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve product value
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and support strategic recommendations
• Create technical reports, process documents, and user manuals
• Strong understanding of QA processes and methodologies
• Experience working as QA across multiple applications
• Create manual test plans and test cases
• Develop automation test cases using Selenium or other automation tools
• Execute automation test cases using Selenium or other automation tools
• Maintain automation frameworks and test cases
• Perform System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Troubleshoot defects and support UAT activities
• Strong understanding of end-to-end application flows and processes
• Understanding of Microservices architecture and application workflows
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
