Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant – Post Go-Live Support & Enhancements
Location: Remote (USA)
Travel: Approximately 3–4 Days per Month to Seattle, WA (Travel Expenses Reimbursed)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to support a recently implemented Oracle Fusion HCM environment. The consultant will focus on post-go-live stabilisation, production support, business process optimisation, and functional enhancements across multiple HCM modules.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud environments after deployment, working directly with HR business users, troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and driving continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide post go-live functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues impacting HR operations.
Gather business requirements and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
Support configuration updates, functional testing, and deployment activities.
Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting teams to optimize business processes.
Conduct impact assessments for Oracle quarterly updates and new feature adoption.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation activities.
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on integrations and reporting requirements.
Assist with user training, knowledge transfer, and documentation updates.
Provide recommendations on Oracle HCM best practices and process optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience.
Proven experience supporting Oracle Fusion HCM in a post go-live environment.
Strong expertise in one or more of the following modules:
Core HR
Talent Management
Recruiting Cloud
Compensation
Benefits
Absence Management
Time & Labor
Payroll (preferred)
Experience with system enhancements, issue resolution, and business process optimization.
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM security, approvals, workflows, and configuration.
Experience supporting quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and testing activities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large enterprise Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
Exposure to Oracle HCM integrations, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
Experience working directly with HR Centers of Excellence and business leadership.
Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are a plus.
Experience in consulting or managed services environments preferred.
