Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Business Systems Design, Data Analysis, or related consulting roles.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable technology and business system solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise systems, data platforms, and business process optimization.

As a Business Systems Consultant, you will partner with business and technology teams to analyze complex challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver scalable business solutions. You will provide strategic guidance on enterprise systems, processes, and data-driven initiatives that support organizational goals.
You will evaluate multifaceted business and technology problems, balancing business needs, technical requirements, and operational considerations. The role requires strong collaboration skills, critical thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and evaluation of complex business systems initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, data management, and system effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth assessments of business and technical challenges, including long-term and high-impact initiatives.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis, business needs, and operational considerations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders, product teams, and technology partners to drive project success.
- Ensure solutions align with organizational policies, procedures, risk standards, and compliance requirements.
- Support the delivery of large-scale business systems projects from planning through execution.
