We are hiring a senior technology leader to own enterprise AI strategy, architecture, and platform direction for a large-scale digital transformation initiative. This is a highly visible role that blends executive-level strategy with hands-on technical leadership.
You will define where the organization is going from a technology standpoint, not just how things get built. This includes shaping AI platform strategy, guiding data architecture, and driving enterprise integration across critical systems.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at both the strategic and technical layers, influencing leadership while staying close to architecture and engineering teams.

Technology Strategy and AI Direction
- Define and lead the enterprise AI and technology strategy across global regions
- Evaluate and select AI models, orchestration frameworks, and platform components based on business fit, performance, and cost
- Build and manage a multi-year roadmap across AI, data, automation, and integration initiatives
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, translating technical concepts into business outcomes
- Lead vendor evaluations and build vs buy decisions

- Architect an end-to-end AI platform in Azure, including AI services, data platforms, and integration layers
- Design multi-model orchestration frameworks to support evolving AI capabilities
- Own data architecture strategy including lakehouse design, semantic search, and governance frameworks
- Define integration architecture across enterprise SaaS platforms using APIs and event-driven patterns
- Establish architecture standards and governance for engineering teams
Execution and Delivery Leadership
- Lead and mentor infrastructure, automation, and data platform resources
- Drive delivery of high-impact AI initiatives such as intelligent agents and document processing pipelines
- Partner across the business to align AI capabilities with collaboration platforms and productivity tools
- Deliver measurable ROI through automation, efficiency gains, and cost optimization
- Build business cases with clear metrics tied to value creation
What You Bring
Required Experience
- 10+ years in technology with at least 4 years in architecture or strategy leadership roles
- Deep experience with Azure including AI, data, and platform services

- Experience building enterprise integration strategies across SaaS ecosystems
- Solid understanding of identity, API architecture, and security frameworks
- Proven ability to present roadmaps and influence executive decision-making
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex programs with measurable outcomes

- Background in infrastructure-heavy or asset-intensive industries
- Azure certifications
- Familiarity with MLOps, responsible AI, and model lifecycle management
- Experience with iPaaS platforms and document intelligence solutions

- You bring strong communication skills and can simplify complex ideas into clear decisions
- You thrive in fast-moving environments and can balance multiple priorities
- You are a builder who develops both platforms and teams
- You are naturally curious and continuously looking to improve systems and processes
