- Optimize the flow of value from generation of ideas to release?
- Coach your team(s) to create high-value items, while eliminating or reducing rework, waste in the process, etc?
- Promote transparency on barriers to change, progress, and remove or seek assistance in addressing impediments and opportunities??
- Enable your team(s) to practice Professional Scrum and other frameworks/techniques that drive agility?
- Cultivate a habit of continuous learning (from prior increments, retrospectives, etc.), continuous experimentation, and continuous improvement to reach a high-performing state?
- Coach your team(s) to understand (the why) and practice new ways of working?
- Serve as internal trainers contributing to the learning and development of one or more team(s)?
- Coach Product Owners/Managers with techniques for establishing empirical product planning and maintaining a healthy Product Backlog?
- Maintain, share, and promote information radiators that enable inspection and adaptation?
- Coach teams to self-organize and facilitate events, as necessary?
- Minimum Qualifications Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience?
- 5+ years serving as a Scrum Master, Scrum Lead, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role.
- 7+ years working within Agile software development environments.
- Experience supporting medium-to-large scale enterprise technology initiatives.

1. Agile Delivery Leadership
Proven experience leading Agile delivery teams.
Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to drive execution and remove delivery impediments.
2. Agile Tool Expertise
Strong experience with:
o Azure DevOps (ADO)
o Aha!
o Microsoft Teams
o Microsoft Office Suite
3. Stakeholder & Dependency Management
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across Product, Engineering, UX, Architecture, QA, and Business teams.
Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills and Experience
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) Certification
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
Experience supporting mobile application development teams
Experience in the airline, travel, hospitality, or transportation industry
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices
Experience with distributed and globally dispersed teams
Familiarity with digital customer-facing applications
Exposure to Lean Portfolio Management practices
