Position: Sr. Program / Project Manager
Location: Broomfield, CO (Remote)

Position Summary:
The Sr. Program / Project Manager serves as the enterprise program management leader for strategic Custom Networks initiatives.
This role owns end-to-end program execution from initiation through closeout—including scope, integrated planning, financial oversight, governance, and customer commitments.
The successful candidate will align executive stakeholders and lead massive, cross-functional deployment initiatives spanning multiple organizations, regions, vendors, and customers.
Core Responsibilities:
End-to-End Delivery: Maintain absolute accountability for program scope, deliverables, schedules, costs, risks, quality metrics, and customer commitments.
Integrated Planning & Change Control: Develop integrated program baselines (milestones, resources, budgets) and govern adjustments through formal change control processes and executive approvals.
Executive Governance & Alignment: Drive steering committees, operational reviews, and executive governance forums while acting as a trusted advisor to Director and VP-level leadership.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Identify, manage, and resolve complex dependencies across Operations, Engineering, Construction, Product, Finance, and Sales.
Financial & Data Integrity: Partner with Cost Controls to monitor budgets, forecasts, and variances, while ensuring strict accuracy between deployment data and business commitments.
Risk Mitigation & Continuous Improvement: Leverage predictive analytics to mitigate risks early, lead deployment change management, and standardize PMO processes using modern tools and AI insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 7+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional programs with direct delivery accountability. Telecom background preffred.
Domain Expertise: Proven track record delivering enterprise telecommunications, infrastructure, fiber, data center, network deployment, or large-scale construction programs.
Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to influence decisions at the executive level without direct authority, establish PMO governance frameworks, and manage multi-workstream programs.
Certifications: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or an equivalent project management certification.
Financial & Analytical Acumen: Strong financial acumen with experience evaluating cost, schedule, and business trade-offs.
Communication: Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder facilitation capabilities.
