Job Title : Marketing Operations Manager

In this role, you ll be the driving force behind marketing systems and operations. Each day, you ll manage and refine the marketing technology stack tools like HubSpot, Front, ClickUp, Slack, GA4, and Sigma to ensure everything runs seamlessly and efficiently. You ll build and maintain integrations using webhooks and APIs, keeping our tools connected and our data flowing accurately across platforms. Much of your time will be spent optimizing workflows, troubleshooting system issues, and eliminating manual tasks through automation. You ll also use AI tools to streamline campaign execution, enhance data analysis, and improve overall team productivity. Collaboration will be a constant as you partner closely with sales, design, and business intelligence teams to align processes, maintain data integrity, and strengthen cross-functional communication. You ll monitor system performance, document processes for scalability, and continuously identify new technologies and improvements to help the marketing team work smarter. From building lead management systems and campaign tracking models to surfacing insights for leadership, your work will directly influence how effectively the company connects marketing activity to business growth.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, automation, or workflow optimization.
- 3-5+ years of deep knowledge of HubSpot, including workflow creation, data management, and system integrations.
- 3-5+ years of creating APIs and webhooks (bonus if you ve used Postman, Insomnia, or similar tools).
- 3-5+ years of experience with AI tools and a natural curiosity for using AI to automate, analyze, and optimize marketing work.
- 3-5+ years of Python experience for building custom integrations is a plus.
- Experience building cross-functional processes that unite marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- 3-5+ years of implementing new tools, processes, and systems and guiding teams through the change.
