Role Summary
The Senior Program Manager M&A (Technology) leads and governs complex post-merger
technology integration programs, leveraging AI-driven insights, automation, and
advanced analytics to accelerate decision-making and ensure seamless integration across
engineering, product, cloud, data, security, and go-to-market functions.
This role also acts as a strategic and operational partner to the SVP, providing AI-enhanced
reporting, predictive financial analysis, and intelligent dashboards that consolidate data
from disparate systems across the full M&A integration portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Technology M&A Program Management
- Lead enterprise-scale technology integration programs following acquisitions, incorporating AI-powered program orchestration, risk prediction, and workflow automation.
- Drive product, platform, application, and infrastructure integration using AI-assisted architecture mapping and system rationalization tools.
- Apply AI-enabled data migration and harmonization techniques to accelerate data quality, lineage validation, and architecture alignment.
- Use AI-driven cybersecurity analytics to enhance identity, compliance, and threat-detection integration.
- Manage multiple parallel initiatives using AI-supported resource modeling,dependency mapping, and scenario planning.
- Maintain a master integrated roadmap enriched with predictive analytics to forecast milestone risks and impacts.
- Ensure integration work supports scalability, reliability, security, and customerexperience through AI-based performance monitoring.
Timeline, Cost & Value Management
- Own program financials using AI-powered forecasting models, cost-reduction simulations, and synergy realization analytics.
- Track delivery timelines using AI-driven critical path analysis and automated schedule risk alerts.
- Monitor integration KPIs using real-time dashboards that unify data from engineering, cloud, finance, and operations systems.
- Apply machine learning models to identify cost-saving opportunities, technical debt hotspots, and operational inefficiencies.
- Use AI-enabled scenario modeling to evaluate trade-offs between speed, cost, and technical quality.
Executive & SVP Support (Strategic Assistant Function)
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP, providing AI-generated insights, automated summaries, and intelligent decision support.
- Prepare executive-ready reports and AI-enhanced dashboards integrating data from Jira, Azure DevOps, cloud platforms, financial systems, and security tools.
- Use natural language AI to synthesize complex program data into concise board-level narratives.
- Support the SVP with AI-assisted due diligence analysis, integration readiness scoring, and automated follow-up tracking.
Stakeholder, Vendor & Governance Leadership
- Drive alignment across senior technology leaders using AI-supported collaboration tools, sentiment analysis, and automated meeting synthesis.
- Manage external vendors and partners using AI-based performance tracking and contract optimization analytics.
- Facilitate governance forums with AI-generated risk heatmaps, architecture insights, and compliance dashboards.
- Use AI-powered scenario modeling to resolve conflicts between speed, quality, cost, and security.
Delivery Model & Process Excellence
- Implement integration governance enhanced by AI-driven workflow automation, DevOps intelligence, and predictive delivery analytics.
- Standardize tools and reporting using AI-powered dashboards for:
- Dependency and risk management
- Agile release tracking
- Financial and synergy reporting
- Compliance and security monitoring
- Continuously improve integration playbooks using AI-based lessons-learned extraction, pattern recognition, and process optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years managing large, complex technology programs.
- Demonstrated experience leading M&A or enterprise-scale technology integrations.
- Strong understanding of cloud, SaaS, data platforms, cybersecurity, and AI-enabled technology ecosystems.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly with engineering leadership and executive
stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree.
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in SaaS, cloud, AI/data platforms, or enterprise software companies.
- Prior experience supporting senior executives or operating within a Tech PMO or Corporate Development team.
